Partner with brands, leaders and cross functional partners to understand business strategies and execute seasonal marketing and product photography strategy
Drive production on photoshoots; including castings and talent recommendations that align with brand and creative direction, negotiating fees and usage agreements to that lead to strategic and successful programs and campaigns
Develop seasonal production schedule that aligns with business priorities, forecast workload and deploy resources
Responsible for developing and presenting yearly financial photography budgets and manage monthly metrics and forecasts that lead to cost and resource optimization
Adapt team priorities to respond to customer and business partner needs
Provide front line supervision to an operational, service or administrative team
Experience in photo and video production, project and people management
Strong financial acumen; solid understanding of retail fundamentals and financial metrics; expert in budget creation and financial analysis
Strong problem solving skills with ability to build strong cross functional partnerships and influence change, as needed
Experience managing and motivating technical and artistic resources
