An established e-commerce company is seeking a creative and driven Brand & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to expand its digital presence and drive product promotion through strategic influencer partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, especially TikTok, and a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends.

The Coordinator will be responsible for building relationships with influencers, launching and growing the brand's TikTok Shop, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to drive traffic and conversions. Success in this role requires initiative, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and creators

  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns to promote products across social platforms

  • Build and grow the brand’s TikTok Shop, optimizing for performance and engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on content and promotional strategies

  • Track campaign performance, generate reports, and adjust tactics for better results

  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and deliverables with influencers and agencies

 

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in influencer or social media marketing preferred

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and influencer culture

  • Creative thinker with a passion for e-commerce and brand storytelling

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused

  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments

Salary: $50k - $70k/Year + Commission (OTE $150k)
