ROLE SUMMARY
Lead the strategic, operational, and cross‑functional execution of Comirnaty across Emerging Markets, ensuring aligned strategy, strong supply continuity, and high‑quality market performance in an annual‑update vaccine model ecosystem

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute EM regional strategy for Comirnaty in alignment with Global Vaccines and EM priorities.

  • Manage forecasting, demand planning, and performance tracking to ensure accurate supply allocation and reliable availability for EM markets under APA, NIP/Tender, PAHO

  • Ensure implementation of a key Comirnaty project in EM, ensuring internal governance, provide strategic direction for all EM workstreams, work with cross functional team on market‑specific risks (legal, financials), dependencies, and opportunities aligned with Invictus guiding principles and timelines.

  • Complete ownership of pending Comirnaty APAs across EM, working with market commercial leads for APA execution, amendment internal approvals and supply planning

  • Work with RTALs, ICO and global team to support EM knot markets on content, marketing campaigns, drive uptake programs

  • Drive EM regional strategy and planning for the 2026–27 variant‑adaption, ensuring readiness across EM markets. Partner cross‑functionally (Medical, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, Access) to support market readiness and compliant execution.

  • Provide strategic guidance, insights, and best practices cross learning support to EM markets to strengthen commercial and scientific execution.

  • Support with content and Narratives for stakeholder engagement with ministries of health, public health institutions for value of vaccination, disease burden

  • Drive market‑specific commercialization plans include variant launches, seasonal campaigns, private‑market entry strategies, Pricing business case across key EM countries.

  • Ensure disciplined management of Comirnaty DME/OPEX within annual allocations.

  • Monitored vaccination trends, epidemiology, and competitive landscape to guide tactical decisions and affiliate support

  • Shape and cascade global strategy and content, act as the point of contact for global brand teams, represent EM with global brand teams, and provide EM insight/needs to global strategy and content creation. 

  • Lead regional brand teams with countries, relevant enabling functions, CMO and CoLab. 

  • Collect insights and understand country needs to ensure outstanding marketing planning/execution. 

  • Provide competitive intelligence insight on key global and local vaccines products to inform the strategic planning process. 

  • Support in coordinating key annual financial LE/OP and monthly performance processes and provide a holistic EM view by tracking financial and non-financial KPls. 

  • Ensure all activities follow Pfizer governance, quality standards, compliance standard and regulatory requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

  • BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. 

  • Experience in Regional/Global Marketing Teams with demonstrated capability of working across countries and cultures. 

  • Demonstrated successful track record in managing virtual teams and matrix. 

  • Extensive and multiple years of Marketing experience. 

  • Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment in EM. 

  • Commercial experience, including accountability for revenues/operating expenses, asset allocation, value and cost driver decisions. 

  • Exceptional ability to manage varying priorities and stakeholders. 

  • Senior Level executive presence and emotional intelligence, with a track record of influencing beyond direct areas of accountability.
