Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager
WobbleWorks is seeking a creative & entrepreneurial Brand Marketing Manager to lead positioning, storytelling, and product launches across the WobbleWorks portfolio of brands. This role partners cross-functionally to bring products from concept to commercialization - developing compelling brand narratives, go-to-market strategies, and retail-ready assets. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer and strong storyteller with experience in consumer packaged goods. We’re looking for a hands-on, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What you’ll do in this role
As brand Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving marketing strategy and product launches for the family of WobbleWorks brands/products, with the aim of driving long-term brand health, supporting brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints, and growing customer engagement and loyalty. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will partner with a cross-functional team to bring product from concept to commercialization.

This is planned as a remote US-based role. Hires must be based in any of the following states: FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, VA, WI. The ideal candidate is based in EST, and able to travel to our NYC office on occasion if needed.
The salary range for this role starts at $90k to $100k depending on experience and location.
