Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager 

WobbleWorks is seeking a creative & entrepreneurial Brand Marketing Manager to lead positioning, storytelling, and product launches across the WobbleWorks portfolio of brands. This role partners cross-functionally to bring products from concept to commercialization - developing compelling brand narratives, go-to-market strategies, and retail-ready assets. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer and strong storyteller with experience in consumer packaged goods. We’re looking for a hands-on, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What you’ll do in this role

As brand Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving marketing strategy and product launches for the family of WobbleWorks brands/products, with the aim of driving long-term brand health, supporting brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints, and growing customer engagement and loyalty. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will partner with a cross-functional team to bring product from concept to commercialization. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Positioning & Storytelling: Develop brand/product positioning and identity, pricing recommendations, pitch materials and strong storytelling assets for sell-in to retail partners.
  • Messaging: Ensure brand message, voice, and identity are consistent across all marketing materials and platforms (digital, packaging, advertising, pitches).
  • Packaging & Design: Collaborate with design to create best-in-class packaging and omnichannel marketing assets for new and continuing products. 
  • Launch Strategy: Develop new product launch plans and partner with the marketing department to create best-in-class marketing assets, promotions and content to drive success. 
  • Copywriting: Write marketing copy and support naming of new products.
  • Innovation Roadmap: Partner with leadership to develop a 3-year roadmap for future product innovation grounded in consumer and industry insights.
  • Retail Enablement: Partner with global sales team on retailer-specific needs and requirements. Support sales in new item setup process as needed. 
  • Competitive Analysis: Prepare data and insights to help the larger organization understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Asset Management: Support the marketing department in creating more consistency in the way we save and share marketing assets with the larger organization and external partners. 
  • Reporting: Create monthly recap reports highlighting key wins, launches, and progress


What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of proven experience (2 years with MBA)  in product/brand marketing, product development or category management. 
  • Experience in the consumer goods sector with an international/global footprint. Background in tech, toys, or arts & crafts is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret data and use analytics to inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, present ideas clearly and influence senior leadership.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation building skills. 
  • Experience writing marketing copy and creative briefs. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, remote environment.
  • Detail and deadline oriented. 
  • Financial acumen - experience with P&L at the brand or category level.
  • A self-starter with an eagerness to jump in and figure things out. 
  • Must be based in ET time zone and be capable of working remotely with a suitable home office setup.

Other important info

This is planned as a remote US-based role. Hires must be based in any of the following states: FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, VA, WI. The ideal candidate is based in EST, and able to travel to our NYC office on occasion if needed. 


The salary range for this role starts at $90k to $100k depending on experience and location.
