Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager
Location: New York, NY. Must be willing to work in office 3-5 days/week, schedule to be determined based on team needs.
Rate: $50-$60/hr, depending on experience
Duration: 3 months to start (with potential extension through Spring 2026)
Start Date: Mid-October

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to support an upcoming product launch within our client's high-net-worth card portfolio. This role will sit within the Brand team, which operates like an internal agency, and will focus on the tactical execution and asset production needed to bring a new luxury financial product to market.

This position is ideal for someone with 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing or account management (agency background strongly preferred) who thrives in fast-paced, layered organizations, and is eager to roll up their sleeves to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support brand strategy and go-to-market planning for a new high-net-worth product launch.
  • Drive asset development and production across channels (digital, web, email, lower-funnel marketing).
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration with digital, product, and other internal teams.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate briefs into actionable creative deliverables.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures with patience and persistence, ensuring small wins add up to long-term success.
  • Provide clear communication and status updates to senior stakeholders, including exposure to the Chief Brand Officer.
  • Proactively identify risks, raise flags when necessary, and keep projects on track.
  • Contribute to asset production beginning in Q4 2025, with launch scheduled for Spring 2026.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, account management, or related roles (agency experience highly valued).
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across digital, product, and marketing teams.
  • Experience working in high-net-worth, luxury, or fashion/lifestyle categories preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage up effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with comfort presenting to senior leadership.
  • Eager, hungry, and able to hit the ground running in a complex environment.
