Brand Marketing Manager Spain (all genders)

As our Brand Marketing Manager Spain, you’ll be the crucial link between FOCUS Bikes’ headquarters and the Spanish market. Your goal is to execute and localize our global marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, and engage the Spanish cycling community. You’ll help position FOCUS Bikes as a leading brand in Spain, especially for E-MTB enthusiasts.

• Conceptualize and implement localized marketing strategies for Spain based on global brand guidelines
• Drive projects focused on increasing brand visibility, consumer engagement, and shop pull-through
• Develop and maintain media partnerships to support product reviews, tests, and product launches, as well as overseeing annual media planning, budgeting, and Spain-specific marketing actions
• Organize and coordinate events like Sea Otter Europe, trade shows, dealer & B2B pre-ordering events, and demo programs, collaborate with our demo truck team and the Area Sales Manager to ensure a smooth execution
• Lead retail marketing activities in Spain, including the creation and distribution of POS materials, visual merchandising, and improving the consumer experience, as well as close collaboration with dealer networks to enhance local marketing efforts
• Expand and manage a network of local ambassadors to represent FOCUS Bikes, create content, connect ambassadors with dealers, and amplify the brand message across Spain
• Launch and manage FOCUS Spain’s social media platforms by adapting global content to the Spanish audience and engaging directly with Spanish consumers through social channels

• Senior marketing professional, ideally with a background in the bike industry (dealer, distributor, brand, OEM, or media)
•  Proven ability to manage media relationships, budgets, and events
• Experience in managing and executing marketing plans and budgets
• Deep understanding of Spanish cycling culture,  particularly in Road, Gravel, and E-MTB categories
• Able to think big while executing on the ground
• Native Spanish and strong English skills (C1 level) are essential for internal and external communication
