We're seeking a Business Development & Brand Strategist who blends strategic market insight with genuine relationship-building. You'll refine and amplify our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and open doors to partnerships that drive sustained growth in Austin's luxury residential market.

Market Expansion & Lead Generation
Leverage your deep understanding of Austin's residential design and construction market to identify, pursue, and convert high-value opportunities.
Develop targeted outreach strategies-both digital and face-to-face to expand our visibility and attract ideal clients.
Relationship Development
Build and sustain meaningful connections with homeowners, architects, designers, and industry partners.
Represent Bes Builder with professionalism and polish at networking events, client meetings, and industry gatherings.
Brand Positioning & Messaging
Align marketing campaigns, visuals, and messaging with our brand values and design philosophy.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent, high-impact brand communication across all platforms.
Market Intelligence
Track sales pipeline metrics, conversion data, and market trends to inform decision-making.
Stay ahead of shifts in design preferences, pricing, and neighborhood dynamics in Austin's high-end sector.
Proven success in business development, sales, or marketing for a luxury builder, remodeler, or residential design firm.
In-depth knowledge of Austin's residential market, including client expectations and competitive positioning.
Ability to differentiate premium services in a crowded market through clear, compelling communication.
A strong professional network and the drive to grow it further.
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, from data analysis to client presentations.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting.
Bonus: Experience in SEO, brand strategy, and lead generation platforms (PipeDrive, JobTread, Houzz Pro).

Base Salary: $80,000
Performance Bonus: Based on KPIs and qualified sales results
