Darkroom is hiring a Creator Associate to support execution across our creator and UGC programs, with a required focus on TikTok Shop. This role supports the Creator Team in activating creators, managing campaign logistics, maintaining CRM systems, and ensuring creator output drives performance across TikTok Shop, paid UGC, and social commerce initiatives.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Creator, Creator Leads, and Account teams to help scale creator programs efficiently while maintaining a strong creator experience and high content quality.
Support day-to-day execution of TikTok Shop creator and affiliate campaigns, including onboarding, activation, and content tracking.
Assist with UGC creator sourcing and management for paid social, marketplaces, and performance campaigns.
Track creator deliverables, posting timelines, and performance across TikTok Shop and UGC campaigns.
Maintain accurate creator records in Darkroom’s CRM, including outreach status, campaign participation, and performance notes.
Coordinate product seeding, affiliate link setup, and basic creator communications.
Monitor live campaigns and flag performance wins, risks, or gaps to Creator Leads.
Support creator community initiatives, perks, and events as needed.
Collaborate with Accounts, Strategy, and Creative to ensure creator execution aligns with campaign goals.
1–3 years of experience in creator marketing, UGC, influencer partnerships, or social commerce.
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop is required, including creators, affiliates, or campaign execution.
Strong understanding of creator workflows, content timelines, and performance expectations.
Highly organized and comfortable managing trackers, CRMs, and operational details.
Familiarity with tools like TikTok Creator Marketplace, Notion, Google Sheets, or creator CRMs is a plus.
Clear communicator with a creator-first mindset and strong attention to detail.

Location, location, (or no) location: Remote-first culture with a strong community base. While many roles remain fully remote, employees hired to work from our New York or Lisbon HQs (opening early 2026) are expected to adopt a hybrid working model, including weekly in-office appearances.
