The Director of Creator Marketing (Western Region) will be responsible for executing the creator marketing strategy by overseeing relationships with creators, managing daily operations of creator-led campaigns, and ensuring alignment with broader creator marketing objectives. This role will include managing CRM systems, executing campaigns, reporting on campaign performance, and hosting creators at strategic events to enhance engagement and drive successful outcomes. The position will play a vital role in fostering brand trust and relevance by building authentic connections with creators and influencers, nurturing long-term partnerships founded on shared passions, and generating memorable experiences for fans and followers.

Additionally, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns that adhere to global brand standards. The Director will closely coordinate with the National Director of Creator Marketing based in Santa Monica and report directly to the Regional Head of Media, while maintaining a dotted-line reporting relationship with the National Head of Creator Marketing (Santa Monica).

Job Description

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

Maintain and manage key creator accounts, fostering strong, trustworthy relationships that align with the brand's strategic objectives.

Identify and build new relationships with creators, influencers, and key opinion leaders to grow the creator network.

Serve as the main point of contact for creators, providing the necessary support and guidance to enable the production of high-quality content that enhances brand impact.

Continuously evaluate and nurture creator relationships to ensure alignment with Red Bull’s goals and contribute effectively to the overall creator marketing strategy.

CRM & CAMPAIGN OVERSIGHT

Supervise and efficiently use the CRM system to monitor and manage creator relationships, campaigns, and performance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with global guidelines.

Take charge of executing creator-led campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with global and local brand objectives.

Collaborate closely with the Manager of Creator Marketing Operations (SaMo) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, emphasizing process optimization and operational efficiency.

Provide regular campaign performance reports, identify improvement opportunities, and apply insights to enhance future campaigns.

CREATOR EVENT HOSTING & ENGAGEMENT

Develop and implement creator-hosted events, ensuring creators are strategically involved in suitable projects, events, and brand activations to optimize their impact.

Coordinate with internal teams to feature creators at key events, enhancing audience engagement and strengthening brand presence.

Partner with Global and National teams to ensure all event activities align with Red Bull's global policies and standards.

Provide creators with valuable opportunities to engage with the brand, promoting lasting relationships and favorable brand perceptions.

GLOBAL ALIGNMENT & STANDARDS

Ensure that all creator marketing activities adhere to Red Bull's global guidelines and standards, maintaining consistency across campaigns and events.

Work closely with the Global Creator Marketing team to align on best practices, strategies, and tools for engaging creators and managing campaigns.

Regularly evaluate and adjust local marketing strategies to align with global initiatives, guaranteeing that the brand's creator marketing efforts are scalable and in alignment with overarching business objectives.

COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENT

Report directly to the Regional Head of Media, while maintaining a dotted-line reporting relationship with the National Head of Creator Marketing to ensure alignment on strategies, best practices, and opportunities for innovation in creator marketing.

Collaborate closely with the Manager of Creator Marketing Operations (SaMo) to effectively coordinate campaigns, manage contracts, and handle operational tasks efficiently.

Work in partnership with cross-functional teams at both national and regional levels, including media, sports marketing, culture marketing, brand marketing, and field marketing, ensuring that creator campaigns and events are seamlessly integrated into the broader media strategy.

Provide leadership with regular updates regarding the status of creator relationships, campaign performance, and event outcomes to maintain transparency and align with business objectives.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, or talent management, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and building strong creator relationships.

Expertise in CRM systems, with experience in managing creator relationships and tracking campaign performance.

Proven ability to lead and execute creator-led campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and global guidelines.

Strong event planning and management experience, with the ability to host creators at key brand events and ensure maximized outcomes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with creators and internal stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and creator accounts simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution and engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $115,280 - $172,920 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
