We’re looking for a DMA Generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves being at the center of operations. This role blends influencer marketing, e-commerce support, and reporting — making you the operational engine for a premium pet nutrition startup.

You’ll partner closely with two hands-on founders who are currently doing everything themselves. Your job? Take over day-to-day execution so they can focus on strategy, growth, and building the next big brand in pet wellness.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

✨ Influencer Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Manage outreach, communication, and follow-ups with creators.

• Maintain and organize masterlists in Google Sheets (tracking-focused).

• Support building new influencer funnels and program structures.

• Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance.

🛒 E-Commerce & Shopify Support

• Perform light Shopify admin tasks (product updates, checks, basic operations).

• Ensure the online store runs smoothly day-to-day.

• Assist with e-commerce processes as the brand scales.

📊 Reporting & Operational Support

• Prepare weekly performance reports (Meta/Google reporting can be trained).

• Keep everything organized across Trello, Slack, and Sheets.

• Support founders with daily tasks that keep operations running at full speed.

🎯 You’ll Be Great At This Role If You…

• Have experience in influencer marketing and/or e-commerce operations.

• Know your way around Shopify and Google Sheets (intermediate level).

• Learn extremely fast — top priority for this role.

• Are detail-oriented, organized, and self-sufficient.

• Are proactive and comfortable taking initiative with minimal handholding.

• Communicate clearly and confidently in a fast-moving environment.

💡 Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in DTC or startup environments

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads reporting

• A knack for spotting influencers and brand-aligned creators
