The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing Operations to oversee and optimize our influencer campaigns worldwide. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and team leadership — ensuring our campaigns are smooth, scalable, and results-driven.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and operational management of influencer campaigns across multiple regions.

  • Design and implement processes, workflows, and tools to ensure campaigns run efficiently at scale.

  • Collaborate with campaign managers, client teams, and creators to align strategy with execution.

  • Track campaign performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and optimize processes for maximum impact.

  • Build, mentor, and lead the operations team supporting influencer campaigns globally.

  • Keep a pulse on trends, platforms, and best practices to maintain operational excellence in influencer marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or operations management.

  • Proven experience scaling influencer campaigns across multiple markets.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills — able to manage teams, processes, and timelines.

  • Analytical mindset: comfortable tracking KPIs, campaign performance, and operational metrics.

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating across remote international teams.

  • Passion for creators, content, and influencer marketing innovation.
