We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to support our influencer collaborations. Working directly with the Influencer Marketing Manager, this role ensures smooth influencer operations, from shipping and communication to content management and payment processing.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple moving parts, and passionate about influencer marketing in the health and wellness space.
Influencer Operations & Communication
Handle shipping and fulfillment for influencer product deliveries via Saral or internal processes.
Keep influencers informed on shipping status, payment updates, and campaign details.
Track and measure outreach effectiveness, including open rates, reply rates, and response quality.
Regularly update the outreach report with insights and optimize messaging based on performance data.
Optimize open rate by reaching out via alternative communication channels (e.g., Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or TikTok messages).
Campaign Follow-ups & Messaging Optimization
Guarantee automatic follow-ups are being sent based on campaign needs.
Regularly update and refine follow-up messages to align with campaign objectives and influencer performance.
Influencer Content Management & Evaluation
Sort influencer-generated content based on quality and brand alignment.
Based on the content quality, send personalised follow-ups with next steps (e.g., future partnership offers, revision requests, or additional creative guidance).
Influencer Group Management
Help manage the influencer community by posting activities, challenges, news, or briefings twice a week
Foster engagement by encouraging influencers to share content, ask questions, and interact with the brand
Invoice & Payment Processing
Compile and review influencer invoices to ensure accuracy
Submit invoices for approval and follow up to ensure timely payments
Performance Reporting & Cross-Team Collaboration
Compile influencer performance data, tracking engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI for all active campaigns
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports summarizing influencer performance and making recommendations for future collaborations
Collaborate with Paid Media, Email Marketing, and E-commerce teams to leverage influencer content across multiple channels

1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with messaging tools, CRM platforms, and campaign tracking systems
Experience with Slack, influencer databases, and invoicing processes is a plus
Passionate about health, wellness, and building authentic influencer relationships
Bonus: Experience working with paid media teams, creative teams, or e-commerce marketing
