Accountabilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Insights: Support the development of data-driven influencer strategies by recommending talent and channels, while acting as the "voice of the influencer" to improve creator experiences and performance.

  • End-to-End Execution: Lead the technical execution of campaigns, including brief creation, sourcing, contracting, and product fulfillment with high precision.

  • Relationship Management: Manage ongoing influencer communications during active campaigns, providing the guidance and tools necessary for creators to deliver high-quality content.

  • Performance Reporting: Monitor real-time campaign performance and utilize project management tools to surface actionable insights and optimization opportunities for clients.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner proactively with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure campaign objectives align with client goals and platform capabilities.

  • Research & Best Practices: Analyze industry trends and campaign execution to contribute to team playbooks and evolve best-in-class standards.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, digital campaign management, or agency client services.

  • Technical & Project Skills: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple project timelines and documentation milestones simultaneously.

  • Communication Mastery: Excellent relationship-building skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence to build trust with both influencers and internal stakeholders.

  • Strategic Mindset: A customer-centric approach to problem-solving, with the ability to connect daily execution decisions to long-term business growth.

  • Industry Passion: Deep curiosity and passion for the creator economy, social media innovation, and emerging digital marketing trends.

  • Education & Background: Experience within a high-growth SaaS environment or a marketing agency is strongly preferred.
