Position Overview:
Love Wellness is looking for an organized and proactive Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support influencer strategy and campaign execution, with TikTok and creator partnerships at the core of the role. You’ll be hands-on with outreach, seeding, deliverable tracking, and campaign reporting to ensure smooth execution. You’ll also assist in managing the ShopMy affiliate program, supporting creator engagement and reporting needs. A key responsibility will be helping secure and organize UGC from influencers to fuel paid media campaigns, working closely with the Sr. Manager to ensure content is aligned with brand goals. This role is ideal for someone who is chronically online, deeply in tune with influencer culture, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven team.
This role will report into our team in NYC but we are open to remote candidates for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Executional Support
- Assist with vetting, outreach, and onboarding of influencers for campaigns, events and ongoing creators efforts.
- Maintain the influencer/creator database, keeping track of contacts, niches, and partnerships.
- Support execution of campaigns by coordinating seeding, timelines, and deliverable tracking.
- Assist in procuring and organizing UGC content for paid media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and proper usage rights.
Tracking & Reporting
- Use influencer tools (e.g., Later, Dash Social) to track outreach, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Compile reports and consolidate insights for Manager review.
- Assist Social Media Manager in answering influencer inquiries and conversations across social channels
Affiliate & Agency Support
- Assist the agency with TikTok Shop outreach and partnerships: share creator lists, support outreach efforts, and facilitate communication between creators and the agency team.
- Support day-to-day ShopMy affiliate program operations, including creating outreach lists, curating lookbooks, flagging optimization opportunities and managing day-to-day communication.
Trend & Community Monitoring
- Identify up-and-coming creators and emerging social commerce opportunities.
- Monitor influencer activity on ShopMy and TikTok, flagging opportunities for collaboration.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related field (internships experience welcome).
- Familiarity with social platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and an eagerness to learn more about influencer and affiliate marketing.
- Basic understanding of influencer and affiliate platforms (e.g., Later, ShopMy, LTK) a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. - Chronically online — active in and passionate about influencer culture, with a keen eye for emerging creators, trends, and communities.
