WHO
we’re looking for:
We are
looking for a Influencer marketing manager to lead the research market
conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales
of a product or service. A typical marketing manager is responsible for
gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.
Role
and Responsibilities:
- Develop
and implement talent influencer marketing strategies to enhance cultural
relevance, brand visibility and engagement.
- Lead
Celebrity and influencer talent negotiation and contracting process
- Identify
the right talent and influencers that align with specific campaigns and device
launches. Map specific talent execution to campaign and launch objectives,
audiences and sales
- Lead
full go-to-market plans for product launch campaigns start to end – briefing,
strategy planning, building tactical plan, executing against business
objectives, reporting
- Take
end-to-end accountability for utilizing our influencer talent in marketing –
always with a consumer-first mindset.
- Track,
analyze and report against marketing/Influencer KPIs and metrics, and take
corrective action where needed
- Take
a consultative role for multiple internal stakeholders – be a source of
expertise in Influencer and Creators
- Identify
synergies between Influencers and our Carrier/Retail account teams and their
specific needs to ensure that Carriers/Retailers achieve their goals, and we
utilize our influencers to scale their initiatives
- Manage
multiple budget and work closely with Finance to ensure all plans are within
budget, and all approvals handled within compliance and guidelines
- Ensure
that the x-functional team across the organization is fully aware of which
Influencer plans and are in the loop for when content goes live. Develop best
practice around information sharing and evangelizing
- Manage
agency partner relationship and give clear, strategic direction to ensure we
have clear timelines and expectations per campaign
Required Experience and Education:
-
BA/BS
degree in marketing, communications or business management
- 8
years+ in Partnership Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, Account
Management or Channel Sales Management
- Talent
contracting and negotiation expertise
- Deep
knowledge and constant pulse on the social landscape
- Ability
to negotiate contracts with a strong bias for up-holding legal, compliance and
financial policies and following proper procedure
- An
iterative thinker who can challenges the status quo
- Consummate
collaborator committed to communication excellence
- Business
development/Partnerships/Account Management experience negotiating complex
deals with large, international companies
- Experience
working with technology platforms and internet brands
- Existing
connections and relationships with the world’s leading media & internet
brands
- Ability
to think strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action
plans
- Ability
to think quickly and make decisions, sometimes without all the necessary
information
- Comfortable
presenting at CxO level
- Strong
project/program management experience

- Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive
performance feedback.
- Expert knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling
products or services.
- Expert ability to develop marketing and pricing strategy.
- Expert knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination
techniques and methods.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include
ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the
eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display
terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged
periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing
high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and
moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs
work under time schedules and stress which are normally
periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,
intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project
management deadlines. May require working additional time
beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
