In this role, you will shape how the brand shows up across social platforms and cultural moments by driving impactful influencer and partnership strategies. You will play a key role in building awareness, deepening consumer engagement, and creating authentic connections through creators and communities. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will manage both paid and earned programs from concept to execution. This position offers a blend of creative storytelling, data-driven optimization, and relationship management. You will have ownership over high-visibility initiatives that influence brand perception at scale. Accountabilities:

    • Support and execute paid and earned influencer strategies across product launches and always-on brand initiatives.
    • Manage long-term influencer relationships through proactive communication, gifting, first looks, and event invitations.
    • Oversee organic seeding programs to drive earned conversation, coordinating agencies, fulfillment, and creative execution.
    • Lead influencer gifting programs end-to-end, from creative concepting to logistics and cross-functional coordination.
    • Partner with external influencer agencies to ensure day-to-day execution aligns with strategic goals and brand voice.
    • Plan and execute influencer events, experiences, and activations that generate meaningful engagement.
    • Define, track, and optimize KPIs across influencer programs, using insights to improve performance and scale impact.
    • Manage influencer budgets responsibly while maximizing return and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate closely with paid media, organic social, PR, and brand teams to deliver cohesive, engagement-driving content.
    • Requirements:
    • Five to seven years of influencer marketing experience within food, beverage, beauty, health and wellness, or lifestyle brands.
    • Proven ability to develop, execute, and scale influencer campaigns across multiple social platforms, including macro talent and long-term creator partnerships.
    • Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer performance metrics, and social content strategy.
    • Experience managing budgets, multiple concurrent campaigns, and external agencies or partners.
    • Proficiency with influencer sourcing, management, and analytics tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong aesthetic sensibility with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-friendly environment.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives end-to-end.
