Influencer Marketing Manager

We're looking for a highly organized and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale Cozy Earth's influencer partnerships. This role will oversee campaign execution, team leadership, and influencer relationship management. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations of our influencer programs while fostering a strong, positive team culture and driving measurable business results.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee influencer program operations, including affiliate payments, campaign calendars, and product launch execution.
• Build and maintain influencer relationships, ensuring strong communication, engagement, and accountability.
• Lead team meetings, provide performance feedback, and drive KPI tracking and reporting.
• Manage and mentor the influencer marketing team, including scheduling, hiring, and training.
• Own team culture by promoting recognition, monthly activities, and employee satisfaction.
• Analyze influencer program performance and present results and recommendations to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of influencer or affiliate marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or lifestyle brands.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms (Grin experience a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track, analyze, and present KPIs.
• Passion for building strong relationships with influencers and fostering a positive team culture.
