This is a remote position.
What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across different regions and platforms.
Identify and build relationships with creators who align with client goals and brand identity.
Negotiate partnerships, manage deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign briefs, creative concepts, and reporting structures.
Track campaign performance and share insights and recommendations with clients.
Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and content performance.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital partnerships.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
A creative mindset with a focus on building authentic, effective influencer collaborations.

This is a fully remote position — you don’t need to be based in the Czech Republic. If you speak Czech and have connections in the market, you’re encouraged to apply from anywhere in Europe.
