For our client, we’re looking for a strong Influencer Marketing Manager - someone who knows how to build collaborations with bloggers, manage creative tasks for social media content, and launch high-performing influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Develop and execute large-scale influencer collaborations to boost visibility and brand growth.
Manage influencer content creation - from creative briefs and video tasks to campaign execution.
Negotiate influencer partnerships and secure ROI-driven deals.
Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers and agencies.
Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes to spot new opportunities.
3+ years of experience running high-scale influencer or affiliate campaigns (US/UK markets are a plus).
Proven ability to handle multiple influencer activations simultaneously.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in partnership management.
Data-driven mindset — you know how to measure success and act on insights.
Positive energy, “can-do” attitude, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of social media algorithms and influencer marketing platforms.
Experience in health, wellness, or weight loss niches is a strong plus.
Experience with Looker Studio, Superset, or similar analytics tools.
Knowledge of whitelisting and paid social amplification.
Existing network of bloggers/influencers across multiple platforms.
