What You’ll Do
Lead and support a small team of influencer marketing specialists and coordinators.
Plan and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution.
Oversee outreach, influencer sourcing, negotiations, and deliverable management.
Guide the team in maintaining high-quality relationships with influencers and clients.
Collaborate with internal departments to align strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure each campaign meets objectives.
Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements based on performance data.

3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital partnerships.
Proven experience leading or mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Serbian is a plus.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
Understanding of key social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
