Role Description
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale our creator partnerships from strategy to execution. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and culture. You will build relationships with creators who genuinely align with our values, while driving measurable business impact and expanding Open’s subscriber base.
You’ll have full ownership of our influencer ecosystem – including paid partnerships, UGC, gifting, and long-term creator relationships. You will source and manage creators, develop scalable UGC pipelines, and build long-term partner relationships. You’ll maintain a constant pulse on new platforms, emerging creators, and cultural trends, translating what’s resonating into high-performing content and partnerships. This role will work closely with performance marketing, content, and leadership teams to ensure influencer initiatives ladder directly into monthly growth goals. You will be responsible for testing, optimizing, and scaling what works while continuously refining strategy to create a well-rounded partner program.
