About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life through local voices, creators, and aligned partnerships. From micro-influencers and wellness advocates to boutique brands and content collabs, you’ll source, brief, manage, and amplify partnerships that drive both reach and real conversions.

This role plays a key part in helping the team deliver on core KPIs, including:

  • 1,500+ pre-registrations before launch
  • 100+ launch party attendees
  • 300+ founding members at launch
  • 480 members within 6 months

This role is ideal for someone who understands how influence actually works — not just likes and follows, but referrals and member acquisition. If you're equal parts relationship-builder and campaign manager, this is your chance to help grow one of the most innovative fitness brands on the market.

    Key Responsibilities

    Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Management

    • Identify and engage local creators, micro-influencers, and brand-aligned advocates in key studio markets
    • Manage inbound and outbound influencer outreach — including briefs, product seeding, and follow-ups
    • Build long-term relationships with repeatable, high-performing partners
    • Develop and manage influencer and ambassador programs with clear, trackable incentives
    • Coordinate studio visits, trials, and content opportunities with creators

    Campaign Execution & Tracking

    • Brief influencers with clear messaging, brand guidelines, and creative prompts
    • Track influencer performance across KPIs: reach, engagement, content quality, referral traffic, and new member signups
    • Work with the Paid Media team to repurpose top-performing UGC in ads and retargeting funnels
    • Maintain an influencer tracker with live campaign status, links, metrics, and learnings
    • Monitor trends across social platforms to keep Pronto’s content relevant and fresh

    Reporting & Optimisation

    • Report weekly on influencer performance, including direct impact on leads and member growth
    • Optimise campaigns based on what’s working and scale repeatable playbooks across new markets
    • Share content, insights, and best practices with the broader marketing and studio teams

To secure an interview, you should possess the following:

    • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing and social-led campaigns
    • Proven ability to source, brief, and manage creators at scale
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills — you’re clear, warm, and commercially aware
    • Excellent organisational skills with a structured, self-driven workflow
    • Familiarity with tracking tools (UTMs, affiliate links, and influencer platforms)
    • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPE, CPC, ROAS, etc.) is a plus
    • Available for AUS and US timezone overlap to align with global team and studio launch schedules
    • Bonus Points For
      • Experience with a fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brand
      • Hands-on work with content repurposing or UGC whitelisting
      • Eye for content — you know what performs, and what fits the brand

    What Success Looks Like

    • A growing roster of trusted creators and partners that align with Pronto’s premium-yet-accessible vibe
    • Influencer and UGC content that’s repurposed across paid, organic, and studio marketing
    • Clear attribution between influencer activity and new member acquisition
    • Local studios become known through trusted voices, not just paid ads
