What You’ll Do
Lead a team of influencer marketing coordinators and managers across different markets.
Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns for international clients.
Support campaign strategy, creator selection, and communication with brands and influencers.
Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to the influencer marketing team.
Analyze campaign results, share insights, and suggest improvements for future activations.

This is a fully remote position — you don’t need to be based in Spain. If you speak Spanish and have connections in the market, you’re encouraged to apply from anywhere in Europe.
3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital partnerships.
Proven experience managing teams or leading influencer campaigns.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working across international time zones and managing remote teams.
Strategic mindset with a passion for creators, storytelling, and campaign success.
