Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Influencer Partnerships Manager to spearhead high-volume influencer marketing collaborations. This role involves identifying, pitching, and securing deals with top creators and agencies while fostering long-term relationships within the influencer ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure and manage a high volume of influencer marketing partnerships.
- Actively pitch and onboard influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and talent managers to drive ongoing collaborations.
- Negotiate contract terms, ensuring favorable agreements for all parties.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging influencer talent to capitalize on new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate talent schedules when necessary.
