The Brand Marketing Intern plays a key support role within the Marketing team, contributing to the development, refinement, and execution of initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, affinity, and consumer engagement. Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Consumer Collecting Manager, the intern will assist in shaping upcoming brand campaigns, supporting strategic planning for the 2027 business plan, and creating a streamlined strategy to enhance marketing support across regional teams.
As the Brand Marketing Intern, you will help bring our mission of giving a “local face to a global brand” to life by supporting local marketing efforts, analyzing consumer insights, and contributing to integrated marketing activities across multiple touchpoints. Through hands-on experience, you will help drive programs that build brand love, win new users, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation throughout the region.
CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
Support the creation, refinement and execution of brand and consumer-facing campaigns across regional and national initiatives.
Contribute to planning for major regional cross functional programs by supporting research, deck building and cross-functional coordination.
Assist in building mid-campaign and post-campaign reports, recaps and performance analyses to inform future strategies.
Support the field team through refining our always on occasion support approach.
CONSUMER INSIGHTS & MARKET RESEARCH
Research state and market level trends to support upcoming campaigns, titled events and business planning needs.
Gather competitive, cultural and category insights to support ideation for consumer collecting initiatives and new user growth strategies.
Analyze consumer activation performance and synthesize learnings into clear summaries and actionable recommendations.
CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Work closely with cross functional counterparts to help ensure consistent campaign execution.
Support coordination across teams for training needs, including toolkits, student marketeer kickoff content and fundamental education materials.
Help streamline communication and processes to ensure regional teams are equipped with effective activation tools and playbooks.
PROJECT & ASSET MANAGEMENT
Assist in the development and organization of campaign toolkits, field resources and activation materials.
Manage timelines and deliverables for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regional needs.
Support special projects and lead executional elements of key events in the region.
Actively enrolled in college/university as an undergraduate or graduate student
Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
Demonstrated initiative through academics, work experience, or extracurricular involvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A growth mindset, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and incorporate feedback
The compensation for this position is $28 per hour.
