This role provides the opportunity to lead campus and influencer marketing campaigns across digital, experiential, and sampling initiatives, ensuring strong engagement and impact with Gen Z audiences. You will manage campaign strategy from planning to execution, collaborating closely with internal teams, influencers, and strategic partners. The position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can balance campaign performance with community relationship management. You will oversee budgets, approvals, and reporting while optimizing processes to drive measurable results. This role is ideal for someone with experience in influencer marketing and community-building, who enjoys managing cross-functional projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will act as a trusted point of contact for both talent and internal stakeholders, shaping innovative campaigns that resonate with young audiences.

Accountabilities:

    • Oversee strategy, planning, and execution of community and influencer campaigns across digital, experiential, and sampling programs.
    • Review and approve campaign briefs, materials, timelines, and influencer scope of work in alignment with client objectives.
    • Manage influencer selection, outreach, applications, and ongoing communications to ensure strong engagement.
    • Set and manage campaign budgets, advise on compensation negotiations, and ensure timely processing of payments.
    • Draft and review community campaign agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
    • Collaborate cross-departmentally and serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance on influencer and community marketing strategies.
    • Leverage data and analytics to optimize campaign performance and continuously improve processes, documentation, and reporting.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of full-time experience in campaign management or influencer marketing, preferably in agency or client-facing roles.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of community-building, influencer marketing, and college marketing trends.
    • Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and design.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram; familiarity with Asana, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Drive is a plus.
