Description

Purpose:

The Lifestyle Partnership Manager, Global Brand Marketing will oversee global brand lifestyle partnerships, including both talent management & brand product collaborations. The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and activation plans designed to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement & full price sell thru of key product stories.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership

  • Collaborate with brand partners and creative agencies to drive creative development from conceptual development, through production and local activation
  • Help to author agency briefs across various marketing touchpoints including social, activation, influencer strategy, etc.
  • Manage and oversee content creation (shoots, interviews, etc.) for seasonal initiatives and product drops across all channels including retail, .com, paid media, social and PR

Operational Excellence

  • Manage marketing project timelines, keeping agency timelines aligned to internal and partner approval schedules, ensuring campaign delivery on time and in full
  • Facilitate key meetings for marketing review (internal creative review, legal, partner reviews, etc)
  • Create and maintain project status documents
  • Work with internal stakeholders to facilitate sample ordering process

Strategic Planning

  • Work with Product Marketing and Concept to Consumer team (CTC) to truly understand the product’s positioning, distribution and consumer, ultimately helping ensure effective marketing positioning
  • Manage our partners’ brand standards, ensuring all content is on-brand for both Reebok and partner, ensuring consistency across all assets
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions, bringing new ideas and partners to the table that are rooted in consumer insights and industry trend

 Marketing Activation

  • Collaborate directly regional marketing teams to understand local marketing needs, and to drive activation in the US

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Well versed and knowledgeable in the Classics, Lifestyle & Fashion space
  • Experience working on integrated marketing campaign tactics including digital, public relations, influencer marketing and retail point-of-sale
  • Team player with the ability to partner with internal colleagues, external brand partners, and external agencies/vendors
  • Creative thinker; always on the lookout for the next opportunity
  • Self-starter; able to take direction, but confident in own decision-making and ability to manage projects autonomously
  • Outstanding organizational skills; the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time
  • Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written – with a passion for storytelling
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and influence within a highly matrixed organization
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

 



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate Degree a plus
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be willing to travel (domestic and international) 10-20%
