Position Overview: We're seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing Design & Brand Strategist to lead both the design and strategic ideation of marketing initiatives across our businesses. This role is ideal for an individual who has passion for design, a knack for crafting compelling campaigns, and a desire to grow in a supportive, family-like environment. You'll create visually compelling, brand-aligned marketing materials while driving strategic campaign planning to boost awareness of Hotze Health & Wellness Center, Physicians Preference Vitamins, Physicians Preference Pharmacy and Hotze Beauty and convert prospects into new patients/customers. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you'll also support social media, traditional marketing, and occasional events. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Ideation & Planning: Develop innovative marketing strategies and campaign concepts to drive brand awareness and attract new patients and customers to our family of businesses. Collaborate with leadership to plan compelling campaigns (email, social media, text, events) that align with business goals and resonate with our high-end prospects.
  • Design & Brand Execution: Create visually captivating, brand-aligned designs for marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, newsletters, flyers, postcards, website visuals, and event collateral, ensuring consistency with our refined brand identity.
  • Website and Social Media Content Creation: Produce engaging content (graphics, reels, short videos) for platforms like WordPress, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. Edit long-form videos and podcasts into shareable reels and manage organic and paid posting schedules.
  • Marketing Support: Partner with the marketing operations team to execute campaigns, including email, text, and blog imagery. Assist in managing marketing calendars to meet deadlines and ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, team members, agencies, and vendors to strengthen brand messaging and drive lead generation for our Wellness Center, Vitamin Store, Pharmacy, and Beauty brand.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct competitive research, monitor industry trends, and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and deliver measurable results that drive patient acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing preferred, design, or campaign planning (internships or freelance work count; luxury brand experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video editing tools like Opus Pro or Clipchamp).
  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Active Campaign, Klaviyo, MailChimp, Podium, Salesforce) and social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress for content creation and updates.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking, with a knack for ideation and campaign planning.
  • Understanding of brand consistency, design principles, and marketing strategies to drive awareness, leads and conversions.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
