Your Role:
As a Paid Social Strategist, you use your expert, up-to-date grasp of marketing strategies and best practices to manage campaigns from concept to execution to analysis. You will be collaboratively with account stakeholders (from the Paid Social Specialist, Manager, Director of Strategy, Account Manager, and Director of Advertising) to ensure a powerful marketing strategy is deployed using your expert Paid Social knowledge.
You are responsible for budgeting your accounts and identifying optimizations that will help track towards your clients' goals. You will work with the Paid Social Specialist on your accounts to ensure campaigns, audiences, creatives and ad sets are being created, while applying account learnings to each.
You are also the Paid Social SME on client calls, owning all things Paid Social. Lastly, you work closely with account stakeholders to ensure we are track for our client's goals and looking holistically at our metrics
In the 1st month, you will...
- Immerse yourself in BW's culture,teamand digital marketing philosophy.

- Take a deep dive into the assigned client's business needs andobjectives.
- Create ads for your assigned clients based on insights from the account.
- Sit in on client calls and listen in the background foradditionallearning on the client's goals and upcoming initiatives.
- Startto budgetand report revenue/leads for your accounts.
- Work with your account Paid Social Specialists to learn about your clients and help with tasks to familiarize yourselftoyour account.
- Create ads for your assigned clients based on insights from the account.
Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by...
- Startto speakon client calls for the Paid Social portion.
- Put in optimization tasks foraccountPaid Social Specialists and QA.
- QA account Paid Social Specialist's campaigns and adsthe ensurelearnings are applies and setup is correct.
- Onboard new clients by analyzing past platform performance along with Google Analytics research.
- Work collaboratively with the Paid Search team to see howwe'repacing towards client goals.
- If applicable, start to learn how to build campaignsinoff-Facebook & Instagram.
Execute in Month 3 by...
- Developing,coordinatingand often implementing paid social strategies across various channels including Facebook and Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Criteo, and more!
- Owning the conversation surrounding paidsocial onclient calls.
- Contributing to both new and existing client strategies and bringing innovative ideas to the table.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2 years + experience running paid social campaigns, with proven results within the e-commerce space
- 1years +experience in an agency environment preferred
- Experience running TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn campaigns preferred
- Must have experience in the Facebook Ads Manager platform and able to build campaigns, audiences, ad sets, and ads
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proficiencyin Microsoft or G-Suite tools preferred
