The Digital/Social Strategist manages and moderates Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare’s internal communications platform (intranet) to foster communication with employees, strengthen employee engagement and expand TMH’s digital footprint. This role also supports TMH’s online reputation management by monitoring, responding to, and optimizing patient and community feedback across digital platforms and works closely with our rural health partners to manage their website presence and other digital marketing needs.
This person is a self-starter who regularly brings new ideas and best practices to the department to enhance TMH’s digital initiatives. The Digital/Social Strategist works closely with the Director, Digital Strategy to execute digital marketing projects, collaborates with the Marketing & Communications team.

Required Education:
A bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field • Preferred: certified in Google Adwords
Required Experience:
2+ years of digital experience, including website management and search engine marketing
