This is an in-person position based out of our corporate office in Greenville, SC.

The Senior Brand Marketing Coordinator position plays a pivotal role in managing Southern Tide’s marketing calendar, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, photoshoots, tradeshows, and events while maintaining alignment with business objectives. This role oversees the logistics and planning operations of creative initiatives, including asset management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution, while also contributing to strategic marketing innovation. Additionally, this role fosters strong internal and external relationships, supports influencer and PR initiatives, and leads the recruitment and management of the Marketing Intern program.

Crew Position:

  • Collaborate in the development of the overarching marketing calendar and lead the ongoing management, communication, and alignment of marketing campaigns, toolkits, and timelines across all channels.
  • Maintain and monitor multiple, overlapping campaign calendars to ensure all initiatives meet critical deadlines and milestones.
  • Contribute strategic ideas and insights to help drive innovation and elevate the Southern Tide brand within a competitive marketplace.
  • Oversee pre-planning logistics and execution for all photoshoots, both on-location and in-studio:
    • Ensure shoots adhere to project timelines and production schedules.
    • Coordinate delivery and preparation of all necessary samples, props, and creative assets.
    • Provide on-site support, troubleshooting in real time to ensure shoots run efficiently and successfully.
    • Lead creative and logistical planning efforts including:
      • Location research and outreach
      • Seasonal inspiration development
      • Model sourcing and agency coordination
      • Laydown and video shoot planning
      • Creative deck development
      • Customs coordination
  • Manage all post-shoot processes:
    • Organize, upload, sort, and label all photo and video assets
    • Lead photo selections and sorting for use across eCommerce, wholesale (e.g., Dillard’s), and internal design teams
  • Manage the proofing process for consumer catalogs and ensure accurate color matching for product photography.
  • Coordinate and maintain product sample information, including imagery, styling details, and creative usage.
  • Support the Brand Manager with in-house photography projects, including product curation, styling, and approvals.
  • Organize and oversee all marketing samples and inventory management.
  • Provide support for marketing copywriting needs across campaigns and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage the Marketing Intern, including reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Support event preparation, coordination, and brand representation at approximately 2–3 events annually.
  • Assist with influencer collaborations, including product requests and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain PR decks to support outreach to potential media and brand partners.

Know the ropes:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, related field preferred, or equivalent and relevant work experience.
  • Generally, 3+ years’ experience with marketing or creative environment.
  • Previous experience with event planning, ability to project plan including scope through implementation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.
