ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Oncology Portfolio Marketing will support the Director of Oncology Portfolio Marketing in shaping and executing Pfizer Oncology’s brand strategy and omnichannel initiatives. This role will focus on strategic pull-through, cross-functional coordination, and executional excellence to ensure the successful delivery of marketing programs and strategic initiatives aimed at elevating Pfizer’s presence in the oncology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a strategic and collaborative mindset, and a passion for innovation in oncology marketing. This role requires agility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

Success in this role will include the successful support for the development, experimentation and scaling of proven disruptive innovation.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Director, Oncology Portfolio Marketing in implementing the Pfizer Oncology brand narrative and positioning strategy.

  • Assist in the execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives across new and existing channels, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and external touchpoints to deliver one holistic brand narrative.

  • Support evolution of the Pfizer Oncology digital ecosystem as required to serve the needs of the business.

  • Assist in communications between the Oncology Business Unit (OBU), CMO, Clinical Trials, and Corporate Comms to ensure cohesive messaging and execution across business initiatives, campaigns, and innovative pilots.

  • Contribute to unbranded initiatives and streamline collaborations across the oncology portfolio.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking for assigned initiatives.

  • Maintain vendor relationships and assist with budget tracking and compliance processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

  • Bachelor’s degree required plus 6 years experience; MBA or Master’s degree plus 5 years of experience preferred.

  • Experience in omnichannel marketing and brand execution.

  • Familiarity with Pfizer’s digital platforms and technologies.

  • Familiarity with the healthcare and biopharmaceutical ecosystem.

  • Experience with GCMA, inclusive of marketing/marketing manager responsibilities.

  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Organized problem solver with demonstrated track record of exemplary performance and ability to support complex projects and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience working across multiple geographies.

  • Position is considered Flexible, and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day (LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).
