We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-oriented Social Media and Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of communication, new media, marketing, or a related field,
- At least 3 years of experience in social media content creation, management, and influencer collaborations,
- Experience in startup environments is a strong plus,
- Strong understanding of marketing communication and brand tone and user engagement strategies,
- Excellent communication, creativity, coordination, and project management skills,
- A responsible team player who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work closely with product and sales teams to ensure a smooth user journey,
- Fluent in Turkish, with strong command of grammar, spelling, and social media language,
- Fluent in written English,
- Experience with tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro is preferred; an added strength in design and video editing,
- Knowledgeable about influencer marketing processes (briefing, communication, contracting, content approval, performance tracking),
- Closely follows social media analytics, trends, and algorithms,
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and social media strategy execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engaging content and campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms where our users are active,
- Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies, identify suitable content creators, and manage collaborations,
- Build and manage segmented email campaigns that welcome new users, engage current users, and reactivate inactive ones,
- Prepare monthly and weekly social media content calendars,
- Monitor campaign and influencer collaboration performance, and prepare basic reports,
- Analyze social media trends and competitors to propose new content formats,
- Manage the community: respond promptly to comments, messages, and interactions,
- Create text, visual, and video content aligned with the brand tone (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
- Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure a smooth and effective user journey from start to finish.
