You must be experienced in channeling brand sentiment to build authentic, relevant, interactive conversations and relationships; developing content for social channels; planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing our paid marketing campaigns; and effectively reporting and communicating optimizations to partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead social campaign briefs, strategies, rollouts, and amplification plans.
- Design and execute influencer and partnership content amplification strategies.
- Oversee all social content from brief through scheduling to publishing.
- Monitor community activity to stay attuned to audience sentiment and cultural relevance.
- Identify, assess, and act on real-time trends, opportunities, and high-impact influencer or brand interactions.
- Proactively engage with content creators and influential figures to build strategic partnerships.
- Unearth and activate culturally relevant moments that drive breakthrough engagement.
- Employ creative targeting strategies using custom audiences, third-party data, suppression lists, lookalike audiences, and more.
- Analyze monthly and campaign-specific reports to uncover trends, insights, and areas of opportunity.
- Track and optimize strategy performance based on data and learnings.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Strategists and Client Business teams to make thoughtful, real-time decisions that balance risk and reward.
RequirementsExperience
- 5+ years of social media management / integrated marketing experience agency-side
- Proven client management with a track record of success
- Full funnel mastery from brief to reporting, across campaign, always-on, and reactive content
- Demonstrable background creating social playbooks, voice guidelines, content calendars, and platform roadmaps
