To lead the development and execution of social media strategies across approximately five brands within the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) market
•Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement through both paid and organic campaigns
•Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple brands to achieve marketing objectives
•Manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
•Oversee the social media calendar, posting schedule, and coordination of content
•Collaborate with internal teams (design, video, photography, copywriting) to produce engaging content
•Partner with brand ambassadors and influencers to create authentic, high-performing content
•Work closely with the Manager, Digital Strategy & Performance on analytics and reporting to optimize performance
•Coordinate with providers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals
•Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our brands ahead of the curve
•Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline content development and workflows
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

•Excellent working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics
•A strong understanding of paid advertising, organic growth strategies, and influencer marketing
•Intermediate working knowledge of Canva
•Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
•Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
•Basic photography skills with the willingness to create content preferred
•Basic working knowledge of accessibility and compliance standards for social media content preferred
•Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
•At least 5 years of social media strategy and management experience
•At least 1 year of experience with streaming ads and emerging social platforms preferred
•At least 1 year of social media strategy and management experience within a marketing agency preferred
•Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
•Associate Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 7 years of the required experience
•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
