About the Role

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager – Kids, Baby & Family is a strategic, creative, and results-driven leader who will drive marketing initiatives that connect with parents, caregivers, and young families. Reporting to the Director of Kids/Baby/Family Brand Management, this role will be responsible for shaping the narrative, developing engaging content, and executing high-impact campaigns that fuel brand awareness and customer loyalty.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Brand Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy for the Family Active category, aligning with brand vision, seasonal priorities, and business goals.

  • Campaign & Content Development: Drive the creation of engaging, movement-inspired content and campaigns that resonate with active families across digital, social, and in-store channels.

  • Social-First Storytelling: Collaborate with social and creative teams to produce platform-specific content that celebrates active lifestyles and family moments.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Creative, Merchandising, Product, PR, Media, and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and seamless execution across all touchpoints.

  • Performance & Insights: Analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior to inform future strategies and optimize engagement and conversion.

  • Retail & Digital Integration: Ensure a unified brand experience across physical and digital environments, enhancing the customer journey and brand perception.

Who You Are

  • 7–10 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in activewear, lifestyle, or consumer goods.

  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns for family or movement-oriented audiences.

  • Expertise in social-first marketing, influencer engagement, and digital storytelling.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to lead complex initiatives.

  • Passion for active lifestyles, family engagement, and building meaningful brand connections.
