Talent Brand Specialist – Employer Brand, Digital Design & Comms Strategy

Job description:

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Brand Strategist, you will help shape and amplify our employer brand through creative storytelling, strategic activation, and thoughtful execution across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing visually engaging and well‑crafted content (design and copywriting) aligned with our employer brand strategy across digital and offline channels.
  • Ensuring visual and verbal consistency with the company’s brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborating on the execution of global and local employer branding initiatives.
  • Providing insights and ideas to strengthen our employer brand’s visibility and presence.
  • Executing digital campaigns across social media and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and recommending enhancements to improve impact and reach.
  • Managing internal processes, including ticket submissions and workflow coordination.
  • Supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the employer branding function.

This is a 10-month fix-term contract

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Corporate Communications and Employer Branding.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Canva).
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Residency in Brazil.
