We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Influencer Manager to support a fast-growing personal care brand!

In this role, you’ll help manage and grow TikTok Shop influencer & affiliate operations, engage with creator communities, and support day-to-day campaign execution. You'll assist with content auditing, community messaging, product sample approvals, and performance reporting—playing a key part in driving visibility, engagement, and GMV on TikTok.

Salary Range: up to 85,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks:

  • Manage affiliate messaging center: read, respond, and triage messages with a mix of templated and custom responses.
  • Manage Discord channel of TikTok Shop Affiliate Community
    • Assist with ongoing affiliate engagement through community management support (e.g., Discord) and occasional support for Q&A or training sessions.
  • Approve affiliate sample requests based on defined product and brand criteria.
  • Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets (Google Sheets) for metrics such as invitations sent, affiliate activations, samples sent, videos posted, and GMV generated.
  • Provide weekly reporting on key KPIs including active affiliates, videos posted, sample-to-post conversion, GMV, and ROAS.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align affiliate operations with broader D2C and TikTok Shop strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok Shop trends and affiliate marketing best practices.
  • Source and aggregate Spark Codes from affiliates (via Discord and Affiliate Messaging Center) to use in advertising campaigns 
  • Daily / every-other-day Affiliate Video auditing
    • Spot check top videos to ensure they adhere to brand guidelines
      • Follow process to coordinate video and/or link removal with affiliate if they do not adhere
    • Identify insights/trends of what’s working/not working
  • Tentative based on strategy
    • Execute mass outreach (10,000–20,000+ weekly) to targeted TikTok Shop affiliates using invite tools based on engagement, demographics, and product fit.
    • Engage Discord community by running “competitions” to incentivize GMV driving efforts
Must-Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or social commerce environment.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop tools and UI (GMV Max, Affiliate Center, Seller Center, etc.).
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in messaging and approvals.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets (must be comfortable with pivot tables, formulas, and basic reporting).
  • Comfort in handling customer support-style inquiries and managing digital communication across platforms.
  • Prior TikTok shop experience. Prior experience supporting D2C brands or managing operations on marketplaces like Shopify or Amazon.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and suggest optimizations.
  • Comfortable learning new tools or platforms quickly and independently.
  • Ability to work US hours; or with partial overlap (especially for reporting and live questions).

Nice to Have:
  • Experience using community platform Discord.
  • Experience supporting D2C brands or managing operations on marketplaces like Shopify or Amazon.
