Brand Marketing Coordinator
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Reports to: Brand Marketing Director


~The Job
The Brand Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving brand alignment and marketing strategy through data-driven insights, research, and cross-functional collaboration (aka being the glue that keeps the good stuff sticking). This position dives into consumer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to spot opportunities that fuel brand growth and smarter decisions. Turning insights into action, this role also serves as key coordinator and to coordinate trade shows and consumer-facing events, making sure every moment smells like success. This role connects the dots across marketing, creative, sales, and ops to ensure we’re all marching to the same (on-brand) beat—and showing up consistently, everywhere we show up.



~Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and synthesize market and audience research to uncover insights on trends, consumer behavior, audience segmentation, and competitor landscapes—fueling smarter strategy and identifying new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain an always-on picture of the consumer: audience segments, behaviors, motivations, and trends.
  • Analyze brand, campaign, and channel performance; turn data into concise recommendations and present them to stakeholders
  • Support the Brand Marketing Director in developing and executing brand strategy across departments, channels, and campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as the project lead for trade shows, brand events, and out-of-home marketing efforts lead strategy, planning, and on-site execution for trade shows, sampling tours, and consumer events.
  • Partner with creative and marketing teams to support copywriting and brand messaging that reflects strategy, audience insights, and campaign objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure all sales channels are regularly audited and updated with current brand assets and messaging.
  • Maintain alignment across teams by updating the marketing calendar to support smooth cross-functional communication and execution.

 

~Experience and Skills

  • 2+ years of professional experience in an internship or job
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or relevant field
  • A passion for brand marketing, research, and reporting
  • Ability to translate complex insights and ideas into simple, actionable takeaways
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be knowledgeable of marketing trends
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • A go-getter attitude and the ability to roll with the punches
  • Willingness to travel for key events/trade shows. (1-3 times a year)
