Brand Marketing Manager
Location on Site Addison, TX (Hybrid)
~THE JOB
The Brand Marketing Manager is a strategic storyteller and cross-functional connector who will help bring Pourri’s brand vision to life through data-driven insights and seamless collaboration. This person will also be responsible for coordinating and guiding strategy of gift shows and consumer facing events.
This role will ensure alignment across all teams—marketing, creative, sales, and operations—to drive consistent execution and meaningful brand experiences in-market and beyond.
~KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Marketing
- Support the Brand Marketing Director in implementing and developing brand marketing strategy across departments, channels, and campaigns.
- Oversee and conduct market and audience research to support strategy development and identify emerging opportunities. This includes but is not limited to developing research and insights into market trends, audience segmentation, consumer behavior, industry opportunities, and competitor landscapes.
- Develop, manage, and maintain inventory processes of physical marketing materials, display assets, and event collateral across HQ and warehouse locations.
- Assist Brand Marketing Director in ensuring all sales and media channels are regularly audited and updated with current brand messaging and assets that align with the strategy and brand standards.
- Assist marketing and creative teams through copywriting support and brand messaging development to ensure that the alignment of brand, audience, and marketing strategies are reflected in all materials.
- Facilitate smooth communication across departments by maintaining alignment tools, calendars, and process documentation.
Events & Out-of-Home (OOH) Marketing
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of trade shows and brand events, including strategy, planning, logistics, vendor communication, setup, and on-site execution.
- Act as project manager across all event-related initiatives, working with sales, creative, operations, and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring alignment with ROI goals and broader marketing strategy.
- Maintain an organized calendar of events and provide regular updates and performance recaps.
- Collaborate with leadership on annual trade show strategy and provide insights on emerging event opportunities and industry trends.
- Support strategy, planning and execution of out-of-home brand campaigns including signage, physical activations, and non-digital marketing tactics driving optimized returns while reaching KPI and activation goals.
~THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 2-3 years of professional experience in an internship or job
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or relevant field
- A passion for brand marketing, research, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be knowledgeable of marketing trends
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- A go-getter attitude and the ability to roll with the punches
