8- Hour Shift, Monday – Friday 

Position Summary 

Responsible for managing the LS Tractor Brand. Develops and implements brand marketing and advertising initiatives, serves as a project manager, manages agency partners, and works cross-functionally to execute brand campaigns and other strategic imperatives. Provides strategic leadership and will be a key player in building a collaborative cross-functional marketing team. 

Position Duties and Responsibilities 

• Defines brand development overall strategy based on solid understanding of the LS Tractor USA market/competition.
• Develops brand marketing strategy/plan and collaborates with marketing related functions to execute the marketing plan, including graphic design/creative/advertising/PR/social.
• Must thrive on tight deadlines and have an OCD-level attention to detail mixed with a fresh, hip, edgy eye and willingness to work on a TEAM in a collaborative environment.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with demonstrated expertise in InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Illustrator, Photoshop as well as basic web design and WordPress.
• Collaborates with product/operation functions to come up with brand strategy needed resource to achieve brand goals.
• Guides the development of high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall LS Tractor USA brand strategy.
• Seeks out new motive marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.
• Teamwork and Collaboration. Actively engages in production and team meetings and provides timely feedback to team regarding work topics. Understands organizational mesh points and potential synergies. Integrates team efforts across work team. Understands available resources and utilizes those resources when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements: 

Education and Experience Required 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Up to 5 years of marketing, brand, vender/partnership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.  Video editing and Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.  Video editing and Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred but not required.
