Brand Marketing Specialist – Sales and Events – plays a key role in supporting the brand’s presence and performance within the various sales channel. This position focuses on coordinating marketing efforts that drive engagement with trade partners, interior designers, and wholesale clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at balancing branding consistency with sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Execution
- Owns and maintains Marketing activities and master calendar.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, samples, sales tools and summaries of activations.
- Maintain and distribute branded marketing assets (line sheets, catalogs, fabric swatches).
- Collaborate with brand and sales teams to ensure messaging aligns with Stark guidelines and wholesale objectives.
- Organize marketing kits and samples for key clients and trade events.
- Responsible for budget management across all activities, ensuring all marketing tactics are in line with expectations.
Sales Collateral & Tools
- Work with creative team to create sell sheets, packaging, invitations, product guides, promotional materials and any other marketing requests.
- Ensure that all sales tools reflect up-to-date on brand visuals and messaging.
Event Support
- Coordinate marketing support for trade shows and B2B industry events.
- Track ROI on event performance and lead follow-up with Showrooms and external partners.
- Work with vendors and external agencies on event logistics
Analytics & Reporting
- Monthly/ Quarterly collaboration with the Sales teams, gather feedback and align on new marketing opportunities and status, create briefs for Creative team.
- Reporting on overall engagement through the trackable channels.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of marketing or sales coordination experience in a B2B or wholesale setting.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Bonus: Experience in the interior design, furnishings, or luxury wholesale sector.
- Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple events and campaigns simultaneously
