We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Strategist to join our team. This role is crucial in designing branding guidelines, overseeing rebranding efforts, and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Communications or Design, a strong portfolio, and a passion for shaping and maintaining brand identities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design comprehensive branding guidelines that align with client objectives and market trends.
  • Oversee rebranding efforts to ensure a seamless transition and alignment with brand vision.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement brand strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and present brand strategies and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide guidance and support to creative teams to ensure adherence to branding guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand strategy and design.
  • Proven experience in designing branding guidelines and overseeing rebranding efforts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Equivalent industry certifications and relevant on-the-job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
