About the Role

They’re on the hunt for a Community Manager who is highly experienced in User-Generated Content (UGC) and Influencer Marketing, with a particular focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels. If you have a proven track record of building and engaging online communities through short-form video content and know how to turn everyday users into brand advocates, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the brand’s presence on TikTok and Instagram Reels, developing UGC-driven content strategies that drive engagement and visibility.

  • Design and manage community-building initiatives that leverage short-form video content across social platforms.

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with creators and influencers, particularly those with strong Reels and TikTok followings.

  • Curate and repurpose UGC that aligns with the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and values.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and design teams to amplify campaigns and ensure content cohesion.

  • Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to optimize content performance.

  • Analyze performance metrics and present actionable insights on community growth, reach, and engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, or a similar role—preferably with a consumer-focused or digital-first brand.

  • Direct experience managing and growing UGC and community content specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

  • Strong understanding of content trends, creator culture, and audience dynamics on short-form video platforms.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with creators, ambassadors, and community advocates.

  • Familiarity with content planning tools and influencer platforms such as GRIN, Aspire, or similar.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with an eye for creative and cultural relevance.
