Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Onboarding
- Assist in customer sign-ups and ensure timely and effective onboarding.
- Interview and vet influencers applying to join the platform.
- Conduct influencer outreach through Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Support brand recruitment through social media and professional platforms.
- Build onboarding profiles for both influencers and brand partners.
- Personalise and send direct messaging templates to engage prospective users.
Retention & Engagement
- Support customer retention with ad hoc account management.
- Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot.
- Monitor the performance of social media recruitment campaigns.
- Provide insights and reporting on campaign effectiveness for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media, customer engagement, or marketing.
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for outreach and brand interaction.
- Understanding of customer success principles or account management practices.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot (advantageous).
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
