Key Responsibilities:
- Translate brand strategy into actionable, cross-channel marketing plans
- Own the development of campaign and product launch plans across all brand initiatives
- Build and maintain the brand and marketing calendars
- Align campaigns with product priorities, channel strategies, and business goals
- Drive clear timelines and execution frameworks across teams
- Partner with eCommerce and channel leads to ensure cohesive, well-timed rollouts
- Elevate the quality and strategic depth of marketing plans
- Drive cross-functional alignment, serving as the central marketing partner to channel leads across the business
- Develop and refine scalable marketing workflows and planning processes, creating structure that enables the team to operate efficiently as the business scales
- Manage and develop the Brand Marketing team members
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to build structure and drive execution
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, digital, PR, and retail teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- A collaborative mindset and passion for building a world-class brand

Salary (for New York only): Up to $130,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
