Negentrix Holding is an educational company with a mission to help people integrate into Germany through practical education and employment.
We operate three schools — IT Career Hub, DWW Akademie, and Beam Institute of Technology — where we train students for in-demand professions and support them all the way from choosing their career path to securing their first job.
Our audience consists of people for whom German is not their native language, but Germany is their new home. We know how to help them become part of society and succeed professionally.
We are now facing an ambitious challenge: to become the schools of first choice in the markets where we operate. To achieve this, we are looking for a Head of Brand & Content who will be responsible for our communication across channels, content distribution, and the creative team.
Key Goals for This Role
- Elevate brand positioning to become the first choice in our markets by strengthening perception across all funnel stages and in multiple languages (RU, EN, DE).
- Build and scale a robust content marketing engine that consistently communicates our values, differentiators, and trustworthiness to diverse audience segments.
- Drive growth through non-performance channels by experimenting with new formats, testing ideas, and implementing high-impact tactics across blogs, reviews, media, magazines, external platforms, and PR.
- Shape a communications strategy tailored to distinct customer segments, refining and adapting key messages to resonate deeply with their motivations.
- Establish, together with analytics, a reliable system to measure the effectiveness of non-performance content and channels, including brand uplift, trust, preference, and lead generation.
How These Goals Translate Into Action
- Develop and implement clear brand positioning and communication guidelines (building on a strong foundation we already have).
- Design and scale brand and content strategies across multiple target audiences.
- Launch and refine an analytics framework to track content effectiveness.
- Explore new non-performance growth opportunities, including offline and unconventional channels, testing and scaling what works.
- Lead, mentor, and structure a high-performing creative and content team (7 members now).
- Contribute to the development and successful market launch of new products.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or related role, ideally in EdTech or another industry where communication, content marketing, and brand trust are key;
- Proven track record of building social media presence and content teams from scratch;
- Ability to introduce innovative approaches and leverage AI in daily work to accelerate processes without compromising quality;
- Readiness to be hands-on, not only managing a team but also setting up processes (e.g., managing reviews) and creating examples (e.g., drafting a course landing page) to convey ideas;
- A unique combination of creativity and structure — the ideal mix for this role;
- Solid understanding of fundamental marketing principles: strategy, market, customer, USP development, and research;
- Native Russian and fluent English;
- German at B1–B2 level is a strong plus.
Benefits
- An opportunity to work in an international market within a German company;
- Flexibility, openness to new ideas, and strong support for your initiatives — your ideas will be heard and backed;
- A socially meaningful product: we don’t just create courses, we build educational solutions that help people improve their quality of life and achieve self-realization;
- A healthy work-life balance and a European corporate culture;
- The opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world (excluding Russia and Belarus), with an office in Berlin available for those who prefer an on-site option;
- Fixed salary plus performance-based bonuses (KPI-linked).
