Job Title: Influencer Manager – D2C/E-commerce

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Influencer Manager to lead high-volume outreach and strategic creator sourcing for our D2C/e-commerce brand. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume influencer campaigns, including outreach to approximately 500 creators per week.

  • Proactively identify and engage creators aligned with brand goals, such as niche influencers in men’s clothing with strong engagement metrics.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with influencers to support ongoing marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with overall marketing strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in D2C or e-commerce influencer marketing; this is not a training role.

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

  • Social media native with a solid understanding of influencer platforms.

  • Experience with platforms such as Grin or Tribe is a plus.

  • Content creation skills are a bonus.

Target Sourcing Regions:

  • Focus: Latin America and South Africa to ensure strong cultural alignment with Western markets.

  • Exclude: The Philippines.
