The Role 

 

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will support the ongoing growth and execution of MaryRuth’s exciting, fast-paced influencer program. This role, reporting to the Influencer Marketing Manager, will work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to assist in managing outreach, communication, content reviews, and product coordination. The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will also support program tracking and reporting for presentations, recommendations, and data-driven decision-making. This is a full-time (40h/week), hourly, remote position with a compensation range of MXN 388,960 to 466,752 per year.

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Assist in managing day-to-day influencer communication with external partners and creators. 
  • Support outreach to new influencer prospects including research, list building, and initial communications. 
  • Coordinate code creation, product seeding, and shipments in partnership with internal fulfillment teams. 
  • Track and update influencer statuses, contract timelines, posting deadlines, and content calendars; maintain and update internal databases and shared documents. 
  • Review and organize content submissions for approvals, ensuring that brand messaging and compliance guidelines are consistently met. 
  • Support monthly sales recap communications and assist influencers with invoicing needs or questions. 
  • Assist in campaign performance tracking and organization of performance data, including monitoring live content, gathering story metrics, and ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting. 
  • Collaborate with team members to support influencer activations such as gifting, launches, and tentpole campaigns. 
  • Other tasks as assigned. 
  • Some travel (<5%) may be required on an as needed basis, with advance notice provided to the employee. 

 

Qualifications 

 

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, or a related field required. 
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills and comfort maintaining a positive attitude, responsiveness, and reliability with high-volume communications. 
  • Highly-organized with strong attention to detail 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing shifting priorities; project management experience, including in Asana or other platforms, is a plus. 
  • Intermediate expertise in Excel is ideal; minimum basic familiarity with campaign tracking and KPI reporting is required. 
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, Superfiliate, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and affiliate platforms (e.g. Levanta) is strongly preferred. 
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude; able to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate internally and externally with global partners. 

 

Physical Requirements 

 

  • Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.  
  • This role involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving for brief periods of time.
