Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Manager to join us in Valley Stream. This is a performance-focused role—you’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships that directly drive measurable sales. You’ll collaborate closely with our paid, brand, and creative teams to ensure influencer-generated content converts across organic, paid, and whitelisted placements. This is not a strategy-only role—you will be executing hands-on daily: identifying talent, structuring partnerships, tracking results, and continuously optimizing campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and scale the influencer marketing engine across nano, micro, mid-tier, and celebrity partners.

  • Drive performance-based influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting.

  • Build and manage whitelisting campaigns and optimize influencer content in paid social.

  • Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to ensure influencer content is high-quality and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.

  • Test and optimize influencer channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) to maximize ROI.

  • Manage influencer gifting, affiliate integrations, and collaborations to expand reach.

  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs: CPA, ROAS, engagement, content output, and revenue impact.

  • Continuously refine the influencer playbook for scale.

Who You Are

  • Proven operator: You’ve successfully scaled influencer programs before, ideally in DTC fashion/beauty/lifestyle.

  • Performance-driven: You understand CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV—and can tie influencer output to business results.

  • Hands-on executor: You’re fast, scrappy, and thrive in building and managing programs directly.

  • Content-savvy: You know what type of content converts, and you can guide influencers for both organic and paid use.

  • Collaborative: You can work fluidly across teams (paid, creative, brand) to keep campaigns sharp and effective.

  • Location requirement: Must be able to work 4 days per week in our Valley Stream, NY office.
